Limitations on your use of the Services

You may not link this website to any other website without our prior written permission. You may not meta search this website or use it to make automated queries.
Donations to Carbon offset projects
At least half of our gross revenue is allocated to carbon reduction organisations selected by us and may change without any prior notice.
Carbon Counter
The Carbon Counter found on the bottom of each page is not an exact reflection of the total amount of carbon so far offset by the website, but an estimate based on the number of searches that have resulted in revenue being driven to the website and the cost of carbon offset programs, which are subject to change and are independently priced.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as restricting or excluding our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for fraud. We warrant to you that we will seek to supply the Services with reasonable skill and care. All other warranties (including warranties that are implied by statute or otherwise) that would otherwise apply to the provision of the Services are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
